Get personal in your own fitness and wellbeing studio

It is recommended that you spend 150 minutes per week exercising, but even with the best of intentions, it can often be the last thing on the list you get around to doing. Whether it’s because you lead a busy lifestyle or simply don’t have the option of visiting a gym, we’ve come to the rescue with some inspiration that can help you achieve this goal.

Be Flexible

Designing your own fitness and wellbeing studio allows you to create a space to suit the workouts you enjoy, whilst hitting your heath goals.  The use of Dura’s modular furniture, which is sturdy and easy to keep clean, will provide ample storage to hold all types of fitness and sports equipment.

Working out doesn’t have to be boring.  Get motivated by integrating a TV and entertainment system, allowing you to work out to your fitness DVDs and or listen to music to your hearts content.

Get to grips with your fitness regime

Choosing a good floor will not only complete the design of your studio, but will be beneficial to ensure you work out safely.  Dura’s PVC interlocking floor tiles are recommended for any fitness room. They are sturdy with an anti-slip surface, ensuring that whether you are using your weights, dumbbells, rowing machine, bike or completing mat work, your equipment will be stable.
