With a desire for having everything in its place, Dura helped a recent customer achieve his long-term dreams of owning a home car workshop that is a well organised room and looks as smart as the cars he owns.

Mr Fisher had recently renovated his home to the highest standard and wanted the same for his garage. The triple garage setup was a large and unused space with huge potential, so his plan was to upgrade to a premium solution that would be sturdy, easy to keep clean and provide enough storage for the long term. Mr Fisher chose Dura on the strength of existing projects and testimonials that demonstrated that the solution would fit in well with what he had in mind.
During the initial consultation and surveys, Dura’s design team spent considerable time with Mr Fisher to plan the ultimate space to suit his needs. The selected design for Mr Fisher met his desire for organisation, style and a layout that worked around his car collection.
In addition to the 600 series cabinets, Dura included StorePanel™, to provide flexible ‘clip-on’ storage positions for hooks and baskets throughout the garage. The StorePanel™ panel system was also used to provide a structure for locating the cabinets within a ‘recessed’ design and combined beautifully with another contemporary ribbed panel system for ‘zoned’ areas.
High-quality porcelain floor tiles were selected for a premium look which would also be hard wearing. The ceiling was fitted with a wirelessly controlled LED lighting system. The ‘linear’ design of this system provided opportunity for a customised layout with a modern look.
With Dura’s help, Mr Fisher took an underused garage and through the use of clever design, was able to maximise the storage space, whilst integrating a smart, well organised workshop area.
